The Hooting Owl is located in Marina Beach, on the KwaZulu Natal South Coast, also know as the "Golf Coast", approximately two hours drive south from Durban’s King Shaka International Airport. The guesthouse is set in a sub-tropical forest with valley views and prolific bird life. We provide the visitor with good quality, affordable self-catering accommodation. We welcome all race groups, cultures and sexual orientation. The guesthouse can also be booked as a clothing optional retreat for naturist groups by special arrangement. Wooden decks surround the communal fresh water pool, which has views of the forest. Located next to the pool is an all weather communal braai area. There is safe parking inside the perimeter of the premises for up to eight vehicles. Guests will receive a remote control for the gate to gain easy access during their stay. All guest areas are covered by an in-house alarm system linked to Chubb Armed Response. Pets welcome on request. Children welcome.
