BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

We are focusing on assisting businesses in and around Cape Town to continuously improve and adapt to change. We have spent more than 40 years working with a variety of businesses across multiple industries in various Logistics and Supply Chain roles. We have witnessed too many of the businesses around us, that have historically provided good products and good service levels, simply cease to exist - because they couldn't adapt. We need to change this... and we have the know-how!

Services:	We offer two types of services: Project specific: Addressing a specific stand-alone issue Continuous improvement partnership: One of our team members will spend 1 day a week with you on site putting in place mechanisms to drive continuous improvement. You will receive a monthly report to keep you updated with the value added to your organization.
